By Appointment Only

In order to give each customer the personalized attention they deserve, all visits are by appointment only. Please Pre-Pay for your appointment at the time that you make it.

Be Prompt Please

Because we have a schedule to keep and other guests to serve, we ask that you please be prompt in your arrival and departure. No Refunds on cancelled appointments.

No Smoking, Chewing, or Spitting

Please do not smoke on the grounds of Raven Wood Gardens INC, except for in your car. Do not leave cigarettes on the ground, or spit.

Do Not Touch the Plants

These plants are food and medicine. Your shoes, clothing or hands may have fungus or other things that are detrimental to the plants.

Stay With the Group

Please do not stray from the clearly defined tour areas. If you have children in your group, please make sure that they also stay close by with the group.

Event Policy

While we love to watch children run and play, this is an adults only kind of place. We do not host events for kids under 18. Thanks for understanding.

Pet Policy

Please do not bring your pets with you to the gardens. We love animals, but we do not want our chickens and other animals, employees, or guests, to be stressed out or in danger.

ADA Dogs

ADA Therapy Dogs are welcome. Please tell us when you schedule your appointment if you will be bringing an ADA dog, so we can ensure that there will be no other dogs outside.

ESA Dogs

Emotional Support Dogs are welcome. Please tell us when you schedule your appointment if you will be bringing an ESA animal, so we can ensure there will be no other dogs outside.
