Product Returns & Refunds

No Refunds. All Sales are Final. No warranties are implied or expressed.

We understand that not every soap or essential oil or deodorant may be for everyone. However once the item has been sold it cannot be returned for resale even if you did not like the color, texture, smell, etc.

If your item is damaged or defective, this does not apply. In that case, we would work with you to find the best solution.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

There Are No Refunds for Cancellations. All Sales are Final.

While we do understand that thing happen which are beyond your control, we ask you to please also respect our time and understand that when you cancel at the last minute, or no-show, it affects us.

If you would like to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if possible.
There is an additional $15 convenience fee required to re-schedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice given.
